Features

  • Type ABG: A high strength corrosion-resistant copper alloy ground connector connecting a ground wire either parallel or at right angles to a ground rod or pipe. A positive ground is assured by the clamping pressure that can be applied by the high strength silicon bronze U-bolt, nuts and lock washers. Type ABG connectors are suitable for direct burial. For ground pipe larger than 1-1/2’ use Type CG ground connector
  • Type CG: For cable connection either parallel or at right angle to pipe. A high strength corrosion-resistant copper alloy ground connector having a reversible contact plate which permits the ground wire to be connected either at right angles or parallel to a ground pipe. The fitting is designed so that the saddle can be installed before the ground connection is made. High strength silicon bronze hardware permits high clamping pressures to be applied. Suitable for direct burial and wet locations. For ground pipe smaller than 2’’ use Type ABG
  • Type TG: To attach, loosen the nut sufficiently to allow the end of the ’J’ bolt to slip over the flange, assemble the cable into the fitting and then tighten
  • Type KGM: Copper alloy body and silicon bronze bolt, nut and lock washer combine strength and corrosion-resistance to insure a positive ground connection. HEX-CUP construction of the fitting simplifies installation by requiring only a single wrench for tightening
  • Type LG: Installation of connectors is simplified by HEX-CUP construction. Cables are gripped by the interlocking clamp, used throughout the line of ground devices.
  • Copper alloy body and silicon bronze bolts, nuts and lock washers make a completely corrosion resistant fitting and permit high pressure to be applied - insuring a positive ground connection. Suitable for direct burial
  • Type ABG, Type CG and Type LG: UL Listed and CSA Certified
  • Type TG: CSA Certified

Type LG: Bolts furnished will fasten connector to plate 1/4 thick. Longer bolts will be furnished when necessary if plate thickness is specified. Contact your local representative
